Position Objective:

To provide support in all functions of Customer Service and Logistics within TechMix, LLC

Stewart, MN

Job Duties:
  • Customer Service (50%)
  • Promptly respond and resolve customer inquiries/concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints or direct them to appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer orders and ensure needs are met to their satisfaction
  • Process customer orders/transactions in a timely manner
  • Communicate/inform customers on order status
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues through innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Provide service and support in customer billing, quality issues, and shipment details.
  • Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable transactions and balances
  • Work towards achieving established customer service goals and objectives
  • Logistics (25%)
  • Coordinate all product shipments in line with company requirements
  • Ensure all import and export documentation is reviewed and in place per guidelines
  • Provide and assist in coordination of all shipping documentation, Bill of Lading, Import/Export Certificates, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain all records related to customer orders and shipments.
  • Monitor and validate shipment costs and productivity processes with carriers
  • Manufacturing Assistance (25%)
  • Communicate necessary customer requests to manufacturing for special order, processing and customer instructions
  • Become familiar with feed industry regulations to ensure requirements are being met
  • Complete special requests for international orders and customer assistance.
  • Prepare, route and manage purchase orders with contract manufactures
  • Manage, collaborate and communicate desired inventory levels with contract manufacturers

Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Graduate, Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in feed and/or feed manufacturing industry in customer service
  • Communicate effectively with staff and 3rd party groups, as needed
  • Ability to learn technical information related to TechMix products
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and order processing systems
  • Display self-motivation & time management skills to meet deadlines for specific projects
  • Ability to travel as needed on a limited basis
