Bite B-Gone® is an easy-to-use topical spray to help deter pig tail biting.
Tail biting can be a common concern in swine operations and require intervention when they occur, in order to quickly mitigate the behavior. Bite B-Gone® for pigs has been specifically formulated with a consistency that is thin enough to work with most sprayers but sticky enough to adhere to the pigs. With Bite B-Gone’s vibrant color, producers can easily identify which pigs have had the product applied and when there are new bites. Bite B-Gone helps to deter the tail biting so that healthy pigs can reach their full potential in a safe environment.

Directions For Use
Observe pigs daily to identify bite wounds. Saturate the affected area with Bite B-Gone. Apply daily for 2 days minimum and continue as needed. Continue to observe the wound and if biting persists contact your veterinarian for recommendations. If multiple pigs in a pen are identified, apply Bite B-Gone to all pigs in the pen to mitigate biting behavior.
Shake well before each use.
Do not dilute. For ease of application, Bite B-Gone should be applied using a pump sprayer with a wand. Use in high density plastic (HDPE) sprayers. Use hot soapy water for easy sprayer cleanup.
